Fatma Sheibani is a dedicated educator and school leader with over 23 years of experience in the field of education. A mother of four, she began her career at the British International School of Jeddah, where she spent 12 years teaching and refining her craft in diverse international classrooms. She later joined Nün Academy, where she has worked for the past 10 years, holding several leadership roles that have shaped the school’s academic and cultural growth. For the last four years, Fatma has served as the Head of the Girls Secondary and Senior School, guiding the school through significant milestones including the completion of its first IGCSE cohort and the accreditation and launch of its inaugural IB Diploma Programme.

Fatma’s leadership is grounded in her passion for supporting and empowering teachers. She believes that the most meaningful school transformation occurs when educators are equipped with the right tools, professional learning structures, and emotional support to thrive. Her work centers on creating coherent systems, elevating instructional rigor, and fostering a culture where teachers feel valued, capable, and motivated. She is driven by the conviction that when teachers grow, students flourish—and that a leader’s role is to cultivate the conditions where both can reach their full potential.

Beyond her school leadership, Fatma is a certified Parent Educator through the Positive Discipline Association. Over the last 10 years, she has trained hundreds of parents and teachers in mutually respectful, relationship-centered approaches to behavior, communication, and emotional development. Participants consistently describe her workshops as transformative, noting how the strategies reshape their understanding of children and their role in nurturing them.

Fatma is currently pursuing a master's in educational leadership at Harvard University, graduating in May 2026. Her studies have strengthened her commitment to purposeful, mission-driven leadership and to building schools where continuous improvement, well-being, and academic excellence are woven into the fabric of everyday practice. She is passionate about creating learning environments where every student is known and supported, every teacher is empowered, and the community moves forward together toward a shared vision of excellence.
