Mehwish Hassan is a graduate student in the Education Leadership program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she also serves as a Fellow with the Leadership Initiative for Faith & Education (LIFE). She brings more than a decade of experience across both the Chicago Public Schools system and private faith-based learning environments, as well as extensive work in community-based youth programs. Her professional background spans K–12 instruction, restorative justice–focused youth development, curriculum design, and the leadership of afterschool and homeschool cooperative programs. In addition, Mehwish has supported LIFE’s strategic communications by developing a comprehensive social media plan and helping launch its digital presence to broaden community engagement. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University in Chicago and a Certificate in Leading Learning from Harvard Business School.
