Courtney Rodriguez Sales

Courtney Rodriguez Sales is a former juvenile defense attorney and seasoned education leader with a deep commitment to equity and justice. She founded and led a public charter school serving children in an under-resourced community, growing it from a bold vision into a thriving institution. Her work centers on dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline and advancing systems that honor the brilliance of all children. Courtney is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
